Career paths

At the beginning of an individual's career, the role will involve technical, managerial and commercial elements allowing individuals to develop a good set of core skills and to get a feel for what works and which aspects of the role they want to develop further going forward.

At the Senior Consultant career stage, a consultant continues to build on core skills but is able to specialize. Choose to be a technical, management or commercial expert. Each of these 3 specialist threads will be supported and developed within the business. Defining outline specialist competences and responsibilities allows development of expertise which is used to enhance the work we do and develops our market presence.

Professional development

Our employees are our greatest asset so we are committed to career development making a focused effort to offer bespoke training and mentoring to allow each individual to thrive within their environment and realize personal potential. As part of our training program, we also use the Executive Education program at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.

Beyond formal training employees also lead informal lunchtime sessions on a regular basis to enable knowledge and skills transfer amongst our teams.

Graduates
